OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Your order will be picked and packed ready for dispatch within one working day of you placing your order.
If we can do it even quicker, then we promise that we will!

Once your order has been picked and packed, it will be dispatched and standard delivery* will be 2-5 working days.

Weight and Size is taken into consideration by all couriers, so we have to abide by their rules!

OUR RETURNS POLICY
Ciao Bella will except returns as long as they are in the condition they were delivered along with all original packaging and unused.

Unwanted items will be returned at the customers own cost (Excluding Damaged Items).

All damaged items MUST be reported within 2 working days of delivery.
